Clause to be inserted in the Agreement to the effect that the Government may at any time determine the engagement of the person engaged on giving him three months notice in writing or on paying him one month's salary and if he is in the Colony at the time of such determination of his engagement providing him with a free passage to England, Brovided that he claims and avails himself of such return passage within one month. In either case he shall not be entitled to half pay on the voyage home unless specially granted by the Government.
